Reflection paragraph on findings

The most important facts that was learned was that the Army treat young boys and girls with disciple, and becoming better citizens. They also will accomplishing your goals by working closely with the young soldiers seeing if they doing the job right. A colonel also get to know their cadets better to make them feel more comfortable when they come in the Army, so they want be shy or anything. The most surprising thing was what soldiers get paid. A first year soldier earn up to the salary range is  21,449 every two years the more years you work the higher the salary goes like 6 years is 35,226 and up. Really don't have any more questions because done already found everything was looking for and everything wanted to know like how much soldiers get paid a year already found most of everything that needed to to know. I'm already looking forward to going to college to start working on my career because it seem like its going to be so much fun getting to meet new people every day.

Essay: The Army going to make become a better citizen, depend on myself, and take care of my responsibilities. As being a soldier it will teach me alot of new experiments. Sometimes the Army usually changes people lives but those changes are usually positive. It is possible that anybody now has a purpose in life is goal oriented and self disiciplined enough to achieve her goals. Joining the Army will change a person’s life in numerous ways and quite possibly the most important change can be education. Often times it is impossible for hard working American citizens to obtain a college education. The course of a person’s life can be changed by the Army when they utilize the 100 percent college tuition reimbursement. This alone can change a person’s life instantly. Many people who join the army go in as young girls and boys but come out as mature men and women with insights and knowledge that most of us will never see. The things that they see in the Army and the things that they learn in the Army will prepare them for life in a way that no other avenue can.

Essay:
    There are many soldiers that go to training just on the weekends for they can be home if there kids and family. Basic Pay is your base salary as a Soldier on active duty and it counts only as part as a total income. It is distributed on the 1st and 15th of every month similar to many civilian jobs. If you choose to serve in the Army Reserve, you will earn what they call a Drill Pay. Army Drill Pay is money you earn while training on weekends and during full-time training events. Pay is based on two weeks of training each year and one weekend each month. Chart reflects Drill Pay only and does not include bonuses, or allowances and other benefits.

Essay:  They may even have the opportunity to attend competitive Army training. To enlist in the U.S. Army, you must be between 18 and 41 years old and 17 with parental consent. Most first term enlistments are four years of Active Duty followed by four years in the Individual Ready Reserve  If you don’t train, and you live at home maintaining a regular job, but you may be called to duty, if necessary, until your term expires. The more years you serve more money you get.

Essay:  They will have to make a overall score at least 31. Your ASVAB scores determine what jobs you will qualify for in the military. They take the different sections of ASVAB and add up different parts to give you different scores. These are the line scores everyone is referring to. This means you can still barely pass your AQFT with a 31 and still get high line scores in certain areas. This is saying it's possible. Bombing something like Arithmetic Reasoning will affect more than half of your line scores. It's different scores you have to score to join anything part of the Army.
