A colonel also get to know their cadets better to make them feel more comfortable when they come in the Army, so they want be shy or anything. The most surprising thing was what soldiers get paid. A first year soldier earn up to the salary range is  21,449 every two years the more years you work the higher the salary goes like 6 years is 35,226 and up. Really don't have any more questions because done already found everything was looking for and everything wanted to know like how much soldiers get paid a year already found most of everything that needed to to know. I'm already looking forward to going to college to start working on my career because it seem like its going to be so much fun getting to meet new people every day.
